Exchange and Return Policy
Pattaya Manufacturing Co., Ltd. accepts product returns within 14 days, calculated from the date the product is received to the date it is returned. Returns are accepted in the following cases:
- The company has delivered a product that differs from the details confirmed in the most recent order confirmation, or
- The product is damaged or lost during shipping.
In such cases, the company will take responsibility and issue a refund to the customer in accordance with our refund policy.
Return Conditions
The returned product and its packaging must meet the conditions outlined below. Otherwise, the company reserves the right to decline the return request.

Note
- The term “change of mind” refers to any situation where the customer decides not to keep the purchased item for any reason other than those stated above. In such cases, the company reserves the right to reject all return requests.
- Returned items must be in their original condition, unwashed, and free from stains or signs of having been tried on. For hygiene reasons, any worn items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Each order is eligible for only one return or exchange.
How to Return a Product
1. Report the Issue
- Fill out the Product Return Request Form.
- Send the completed form to the company’s official email address.
2. Attach Photos of the Product Issue
You will receive a confirmation email from the company requesting photos to verify the product’s condition.
- Please attach photos based on the following cases:
- Change of Mind: Take clear photos of the product in 100% original condition, including the box and any free gifts (if applicable).
- Defective or Damaged Product: Take clear photos showing the defect or damage in detail.
- Reply to the confirmation email with the requested photos attached.
3. Wait for Confirmation
Our staff will review your request and notify you of the return decision via email.
4. Return the Product
Once your return is approved, you may print the return shipping label and attach it securely to the return package before sending it back.
Refund Policy
The refund processing time depends on the payment method used and includes the time taken to return the item; all timeframes are based on business days only, excluding weekends and public holidays.
